Welcome to our fully furnished vacation home in the heart of west Lake Okoboji’s Dixon Beach. This is a spacious, 2 story home on a 75 foot lot looking at the lake. You walk into a view of the lake with the living room, dining room and screened in front porch. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, den and workshop on the main floor. Going upstairs to a lakefront master bedroom, king size bed, plenty of closet space, full bathroom and walkout outside porch. Across the hall is a cabin style bedroom with a queen bed, twin trundle bed and full bathroom. Upstairs from this room is a loft with a view of the lake, full size bed, twin trundle bed and 2 closets. The downstaires den has a queen size foldout bed and a full bathroom with a view of the lake.The road side of our home has a large garage with room for 1 renter’s car and space in the driveway for 2 renters or visitors cars. Our home includes use of our dock and private tennis court. We provide cable, WiFi and utilities. The home does have heat and central air conditioning. The city of Okoboji rental laws require renters to stay for a minimum of 30 days. Our home is available during May, July, August, September and October. Our rates are seasonable.
